Lustre problem reported; no errors seen, but network saturation seen on server
downtimes (at risk):
- July 19th: change routing between DESY-KIT
- July 29th to August 1st: power outage, half NAF and half Grid will be down
- August 25th: large downtime (whole NAF will be down)
