This workshop is intended for Ph.D. students and Postdocs with advanced expertise in an object-oriented programming language, e.g. C++ or Python. Every registrant is requested to write a brief summary of his/her personal experience in software development. The number of participants of the workshop is limited to 30. If the number of registrants exceeds this limit, the participants are selected based on this statement. The participation fee amounts to €100,- per participant that is member of an Terascale Institute. We accept a maximum of 5 participants from external institutes with a scientific background. For these, we ask for a fee of €200,-. Please bring the money in cash to the workshop registration desk on the first day (you will receive a receipt). This fee includes catering during the workshop, a workshop dinner and a social drink. In order to ensure that all Terascale institutes can send participants to the workshop, we will send out confirmations of participation for each individual registrant after the deadline for registration has ended on August 26th. Accommodation is not included.
