Brain drain and capacity building for Ukrainian research*

Among the key topics EURIZON has to address are how to reverse brain drain from Ukraine and ways in which Europe can contribute to strengthening the capacity building of Ukrainian Research Infrastructures (RIs). While we will be distributing a survey to high-level RI managers, we are strongly interested in hearing directly the opinion of scientists and researchers like you (at all career levels).
