First part (Tuesday, September 17, 13-18 o' clock, BESSY II main building):

There will be no conference fee. Cookies will be provided. Coffee machine is available. Potential dinner is to be paid individually.

Second part (Wednesday, September 18, 10-11:30 am), Berlin Adlershof John v. Neumann building):

Community session. Present current state of white paper to public and collect feedback.
