Oops, we DOIT again... Barbecue edition

Dear fellow Doctoral Researchers,

We'd like to invite you for a barbecue on next Wednesday at 17:30 (17/07) before the holiday season. We will be on the terrace of building 610 (HARBOR) and the neighbouring green area. You can bring your own food to grill. We are accepting donations in PayPal so that we can prepare the BBQ and buy some cold drinks (alcoholic and non-alcoholic) for all. If you can confirm you will come, please register using the survey. Here you can also indicate if you'd like to help preparing the BBQ.

We (Rafael and Bryan), are the new DOIT speakers, your representatives as PhD students and workers of science. We got elected two weeks ago and want to get to know you, connect, and also informally discuss our necessities as PhDs on the campus. If you are interested in organizing social events, discussing working conditions or raise other issues, consider joining us in DOIT. We still have a vacancy for a Helmholtz Jr. representative.
