MFA
We have one (master) student with a DESY contract without a smartphone -> problems with the current method
Summer students or other students without a contract?
Seems different for different people if OTP is always needed or not in the DESY network. It could be depending on which node you log in to.
Belgium give MAC address of your laptop to identify your login to the internal system.
Military research
Mainly unsure about the consequences of security needed:
- hiring of internationals
- visas (for dual use) in physics already take a lot of time
- could it be a concern from the CERN side?
Besides these concerns, there are different opinions on the actual inclusion of military research at DESY.

English version of information missing in the canteen
Bilingualism email is not easy to find, it would be good to have it on a poster for example.
