This workshop aims to support queer employees, interested parties and allies at DESY in being inclusive. Current terminology and diverse, intersectional realities of life in the queer context will be explained. Typical challenges and opportunities for queer people in the working environment should be discussed. The workshop will take place on the occasion of the international LGBTQIA+ in STEM Day and will serve as a prelude to networking among queer employees and allies.
