It's that time of year again—prepare and get ready for the highlight of the season: our ATLAS Christmas Party on December 9, 2025!

We've planned for a pot luck, plenty of drinks, music/games, and, of course, the highlight of every year: our ATLAS Schrottwichteln (more instructions to follow).

Most importantly for now, we need a headcount, so please register on indico by November 27th, 2025.

We will need to collect some money to cover the cost for food and drink:

• Apprentices, HIWIs, Master Students, Students without contract: 10 Euros
• PhD students, postdocs, engineers, technicians: 15 Euros
• Scientific staff:  20 Euros

Please pay already in advance after your registration before the party: 

• Cash to  Sabine (office: 1c / O1.335) or Carolin (office: 1c / O1.333)
• or PayPal to Claudia under: https://www.paypal.com/paypalme/quantenpunkt put as purpose of the transfer “XmasATLAS First and Last Name” (if you pay for more than one person include all names) and select "For family or friends” when prompted.

 

Since we agreed upon an international potluck, for a better overview: 

• Please indicate in your registration if you’d like to bring a salad, cake or dessert and what you'd like to contribute. 
 You can always edit your registration later if you're unsure.
