We are pleased to announce that the DESY EU Office will offer a workshop entitled 
‘EU Funding Opportunities for Breakthrough Technology: European Innovation Council (EIC)
Programme Overview, Support@DESY, Experiences of DESY-Grantees’
on Thursday, 15 January 2025 at 2:30–4:15 pm

 

The workshop will focus on two EIC funding lines:

Pathfinder for deep tech projects: Taking forward breakthrough deep tech projects with a high degree of scientific and technological ambition and risk and potential to create a new market (TRL 1–4) &

Transition for technology validation and spin-out: Validate technologies and develop business plans for specific applications (TRL 3–6).

 

ü  Learn more about the specific features of both programmes.

ü  Gain insight into the application process and project implementation from experienced DESY grantees.

ü Find out what kind of support you will receive at DESY.

 

Following the workshop, there will be an opportunity to discuss your own project ideas in a bilateral discussion.

The workshop is organized in cooperation with the German National Contact Point EIC and the Helmholtz Brussels Office.
