Description

Join us for a delightful lunch at 12 Noon and interesting tour in the Loki Schmidt Botanical Garden.

First, we will meet for lunch at 12:00 Noon, in the Mensa in the UHH Biology Building, Ohnhorststr. 18, 22609 Hamburg, located next to the Loki Schmidt Garden.
Then, Dr. Thea Lautenschlaeger, Scientific Leader, will guide us on a tour through the medicinal garden, exploring its history from antiquity to the present day. She will then lead us to a flowering meadow and delve into the benefits of its biodiversity. She will also present examples of bionics and discuss general aspects of the botanical garden's infrastructure.
