The DMA ST1 seminar series features topics and tools around the full data lifecycle of the DMA communities.
The DMA ST1 seminar usually consists of a ~30 minute presentation, followed by a Q&A discussion session.
Attendance is open to all interested participants.

Abstract:
The VISA portal at DESY is a platform that allows users to explore and analyse datasets. It comes with tools pre-installed and can be accessed from the web browser without the need for altering one's own computer or transfer data. The datasets are listed in a catalog and shown to users according to their access rights. During the talk, an overview of the portal and it's architecture are given as well as it's interface to the data catalogue
