The Wolfgang Pauli Centre for Theoretical Physics, a joint forum of the Universität Hamburg and DESY, organizes a three-day symposium on theoretical physics.

The aim of this year's symposium is to expose the preeminent `Unsolved Problems in the Theory of Quantum Systems' and to discuss emergent novel ideas for their solution. By bringing together leading experts from a wide range of research areas in quantum theory, such as particle and astroparticle physics, condensed matter physics, and cold atoms, WPC wants to foster a stimulating and truly cross-disciplinary dialogue.
