In this session, the lawyers Gerrit Breetholt and Charlotte Petrasch from YPOG, a leading law firm in the start-up sector, share their insights into the legal setup of a start-up and successful financing rounds. According to PITCHBOOK, YPOG is the most active VC law firm in the entire DACH region and regularly advises the most important venture capital funds and start-ups on financing rounds. They are familiar with the most common mistakes that start-ups should avoid.
