Fostering a Culture of Trust, Innovation, and Excellence

 

Target Group:

The measure is aimed at all employees - regardless of career level, position or origin. The event will be repeated for 4 cross-sectional groups (approx. 50 participants each).

 

Objectives:

This event will contribute to an institutional culture of trust that fosters a high level of efficiency, excellence and innovation based on a sense of belonging to a research community with a meaningful collective vision. The aim is to send a strong signal about the relevance of this topic and to provide a lasting impetus for a more conscious approach in the international working environment.

 

Content:

  • How does cultural diversity influence international cooperation? Cultural difference, the CPS-Tool, chances and risks.
  • What stands in the way of the benefits of cultural diversity? Unconscious biases that hinder international cooperation.
  • How can we contribute to an institutional culture of trust? An approach to promote innovation and creativity.
  • How do I navigate transnational research projects? Principles for a strategically skillful approach to (cultural) diversity.
