Description

Observations of primordial photons from the early universe lead us to an interesting picture of the universe’s birth. The universe undergoes fast expansion, and quantum uncertainties lead to ripples that seed the formation of all structures. We are children of quantum fluctuations. I will show how many threads of theoretical physics converge to help us better understand the statistical properties of these initial seeds.

Coffee, tea and cake will be served at 1:45 pm.
