Diversity Day 2025 - Zusammen stark: Gelebte Vielfalt braucht gelebte Allyship

Am 27. Mai 2025 ist es schon zum vierten Mal soweit: DESY beteiligt sich wieder am Diversity Day! Dieser bundesweite Aktionstag, initiiert von der Charta der Vielfalt, feiert die Vielfalt in der deutschen Arbeitswelt.
In diesem Jahr geht es um Vielfalt und Gemeinschaft: Es wird einen Impulsvortrag und Workshop zu Allyship von einer erfahrenen Diversity-Trainerin geben. 

Um am Workshop von 9:30 Uhr bis 12 Uhr teilzunehmen, meldet euch über den Button "Anmelden" unten rechts an. Anmeldungen sind bis zum 23. Mai 2025 möglich. 
In Hamburg findet er im Gebäude 1b, Raum 04a + 04b statt. In Zeuthen ist der Raum SR5 (Villa) reserviert. 

Wenn ihr nur am Impulsvortrag mit anschließender Plenumsrunde teilnehmen von 9:30 Uhr bis 10:30 Uhr möchtet, gelangt ihr hier in den Zoom-Raum (Kenncode: 139924)

Die Veranstaltung gewährleistet eine Teilnahme in Deutsch und Englisch und findet während der Arbeitszeit mit Zustimmung des Direktoriums statt.

Diversity Day 2025 - Stronger together: True diversity needs true allyship

On May 27, 2025, we’re celebrating it for the fourth time: DESY is once again taking part in Diversity Day! This nationwide day of action, initiated by the Diversity Charter, celebrates diversity in the German workplace.
This year, the focus is on diversity and community: there will be a keynote speech and workshop on allyship by an experienced diversity trainer.

To take part in the workshop from 9:30 am to 12 noon, register by clicking on the button down at the end of this page.
In Hamburg it will take place in building 1b, room 04a + 04b. In Zeuthen the room SR5 (Villa) is booked. Registrations are possible until May 23, 2025.

The event will be held bilingually and during regular working hours. DESYans will - with permission of the Board of Directors - be released from their work duties during this time. 

The event is held in German and English and can be attending during working hours with the approval of the Directorate.
