Description

Chemically engineered nanocrystals are revolutionizing the creation of porous hydrogels and aerogels with extraordinary properties. These innovative gels exhibit emerging properties due to their precisely defined nano, micro, and macro architecture. Our latest research delves into multicomponent nanoparticle gels that blend band-engineered quantum dots with e.g. metals or nanomagnets. This cutting-edge approach opens doors to exciting applications in catalysis, optoelectronics and sensing.

Coffee, tea and cake will be served at 1:45 pm.
