- AAI: desciption finalised, now coordinating with Juelich, with respect to final development request for fine granular file access

- PUNCHLunch: thanks to Guenters proposals all slots in August, Sep, October filled, summer break in July

 

Alessandro:

- last news for Physics tools see general meeting

 

Guenter Duckeck:

- still to fix deliverable reports   

- needs to be documented and uploaded

- have been submitted, needs to be polished

- all deliverables a while ago

- next deliverables at end of PUNCH

 

Hermann Hessling:

- no news

- work continueing

- memory based computing stuff being investigated

- in 2-3 months hopefully break through

 

Sebastian:   

- see Hermann

- not sure if we deliver end of the year

- investigating together with HP  

- hopeful that we will get through

 

Baida:

- nothing to report

- received logistic details for the talk at CORDI about EXPLORE service

- talk rehearsal to be fixed

- presentation 28 of August

- ==> rehearsal then in 2 or 4 weeks ==> Baida says what she prefers

- PUNCHLunch September 3rd week, Sep 18

 

Michael:

- not much

- NFDI software integration phase proposal for Base progressing nicely

- submit in 2 weeks

- short presentation in infrastructure section meeting, no objections against that

- no updates from RI section meeting. Jupyter4NFDI accepted for integration phase.

 

Rouven:

- project for XRootD based access for Lustre storage

- CLI and Web interface (file browser, web browser)

- preparing production test phase

- authentication via KeyCloak, able to configure everything required

- SciTokens currently used

- flexible to communicate access rights

- storage included in S4P

- let know when open for larger testing with S4P

 

Christioph Wissing:

- sounds interesting
