The annual users' meeting at the Hamburg Synchrotron Laboratory (HASYLAB) at DESY will take place on January 27, 2012. The meeting is organized together with the user meeting of the European X-ray free-electron laser facility, European XFEL. Companies will have the opportunity to present their products to roughly 400 participants in the context of the poster session on Friday, January 27th from approximately 13:00 to 18:00. -Standard booth 9sqm (3m depth and about 3m width) including table, chairs and electricity Price 620 € plus VAT (per additional 9sqm we charge 620 €) -Individual advertisement in the program Full page advertisement for 200 € Half page advertisement for 120 € -Poster wall (size about 0,7 m times 1,2 m) Upon enquiry -Display of logo on the web page and on a poster Included The payment will help to cover the organisational cost as well as the refreshments, which we will serve to the participants of the poster session and exhibition. Once you have registered you will receive two copies of a signed contract from DESY pertaining to the details of the arrangement, of which you need to send back one signed copy.
