• q on pre-exercises from participant: CMSSW_15_0_2 not compatible with el9. recommend that they ssh to an el8 machine? container? probably we don't want to confuse them with containers, as the baseline, unless we have to...
• mattermost channel per exercise? If you want, you can make a channel and add those who have joined the mattermost team
• presentations from each long exercise on Friday? now we have big teams. how to give many participants a chance to speak, but not make super long presentations?
