Call for Papers and Contributions
ISPDC 2026 invites original contributions on all topics related to Parallel and Distributed Computing, including, but not limited to:
- Efficient Support for the Computing Continuum (combining HPC, Cloud and Edge Computing)
- Complex Workflows at the Intersection of HPC, Big Data, AI and Quantum Computing
- Reproducibility, Explainability, Trustworthiness of Complex Workflows
- Machine Learning (ML) for Systems and Systems for ML
- Efficient Support for Federated Learning
- Algorithms and Models for Large Scale Applications
- Architectures and Environments for Parallel and Distributed Computing
- Performance Modeling, Analysis and Evaluation for Parallel and Distributed Systems
- Security and Privacy in Parallel and Distributed Systems
- Blockchain and Distributed Ledgers
- Mobile and Embedded Computing
- Applications and Use-Cases in HPC, Big Data, AI and Quantum Computing
Contribution Types
Submissions are welcome in the following contribution types:
- Long Papers – up to 8 pages, presenting substantial and mature research results.
- Short Papers – up to 5 pages, describing early-stage or smaller-scale studies, innovative ideas, or prototypes.
- Posters – up to 2 pages, highlighting work in progress or demonstrations that benefit from interactive discussion.
- Talks – oral presentations without an accompanying paper, suitable for project updates, industrial insights, or emerging results.
All submissions will undergo a peer-review process. Accepted contributions will be presented during the conference and included in the proceedings (except talks, which are not published).
