Description

Advances of ultrafast experimental methods enable electronic and nuclear motions in real time to be captured. We explore ultrafast functional structural dynamics in photoexcited states in transition metal complexes with strongly coupled electronic and nuclear motions beyond the Born-Oppenheimer Approximation by identifying key excited-state reaction coordinates and tracking nuclear motions along excited-state trajectories.

Coffee, tea and cake will be served at 1:45 pm.
