Had a short meeting, as reminder went out late

• Search for funds continues (Simons fundation application in preparation)
  • Look for foundations because nominal channels require LUXE being an approved project
• Draft support letter to be signed by directorate being worked on (sent to some partners to collect feedback)
• EDS prototype back at DESY, paper in the works
• Person-power for EDS and GFM phasing out
  • New student starting at DESY on Dec 1st, Ivo also applied for DESY fellow position
• Very successful ECAL test beam campaign, analysis ongoing (3 new master students from TAU!), paper ASAP
• Availability of tracker staves at WIS potentially not a worry
• Software release exists - started planning work in SAS for upcoming student
