Liouville CFT from a probabilistic construction to modular functor

We will review our recent treatment of Liouville CFT, starting from a probabilistic definition, and using spectral theory to obtain the bootstrap decomposition formulas, the construction of conformal blocks and the representation of the mapping class group in the space of conformal block induced by this construction. This is a combination of several joint works with Baveres, Kupiainen, Rhodes, Vargas.
