Description
At the FRS Ion Catcher at GSI, exotic nuclei are produced by projectile fragmentation or fission. After the FRS separates and range-bunched this ions, they will be stopped at almost rest in the cryogenic stopping cell, extracted and introduced in a novell multiple-reflection time-of-flight mass spectrometer to perform mass measurements. In this presentation we will present the developed electronics for the cryogenic stopping cell and MR-TOF of the FRS Ion Catcher.
