Lustre decommissioning in Hamburg (read-only on August 1st)

- NAF 1.0 modules will be migrated to NAF 2.0

AFS and NAF 2.0:
- administrative tools for desy.de AFS will be improved (integrated in registry)
- AFS scratch-like user volumes will come (xxl volumes, O(10 GB))
