Summary
In this talk we will discuss recent developments in PowHel
(Helac-NLO + POWHEGBOX) for the computation of NLO QCD corrections matched to parton shower, focusing in particular on predictions at the hadron level for processes which constitute a background to Higgs boson searches in association with a t-tbar pair.
