Description

SeRiVAS is an universal control software for all VME based modules which can be used for different test purposes. The control of such a module occurs through an USB interface (Wiener&Plein USB Controller) or via optical interface (CAEN V2718 PCI-VME Module). The software allows to define and to execute command sequences of any length. A command consists of a writing process or a reading process to an address of a module. Moreover, it can carry out firmware upgrades for the FPGA V1495. SeRiVAS is available for Linux, OS X and Linux.
