Speaker GuidelinesVisual presentations should be made electronically using the projection equipment provided by the local conference organizers. Any special requirements concerning visual aids should be addressed to the local organizers well in advance of the conference (email@example.com).
A speaker preparation room will temporarily be available to check presentations on the electronic preview system.
Speakers should submit their presentation well in advance via email (firstname.lastname@example.org), at the very latest by USB stick in the coffee break before their scheduled presentation time in order to allow verification and transfer to the organizer's system.
There are 20-minute oral presentations (contributed talks) and 30-minute oral presentations (invited talks).
If you will be giving a 20-minute talk, you should allow 3 minutes for discussion within this allotted time. A 30-minute talk includes 5 minutes for discussion within the allocated time.
Poster PresentationsPoster size will be A0 in portrait only orientation and mounting material will be provided. Participants are asked to bring with them a printed copy of their posters as no poster printers will be available at the conference.
