TeV Gamma-Ray Spectral and Morphological Studies of 2HWC J2019+367

The High Altitude Water Cherenkov (HAWC) gamma-ray observatory has been fully operational since March 2015 in central Mexico. Using $\sim$3 years of HAWC data and recently developed energy estimation techniques, now it is possible to study the highest energy sources with their energy-dependent morphology. The unidentified VER J2019+368 is among the highest energy sources and shows significant emission above 56 TeV reconstructed energy. In the previous works, it has been associated with the PSR J2021+3651 and its X-ray pulsar wind nebula. But still, the nature of VER J2019+368 remains unsettled, owing to its extended complex gamma-ray emission region. In this work, we investigate the energy dependency of the morphology and the spectrum of VER J2019+368 up to the highest gamma-ray energies. With these results, we explore the different scenarios of leptonic and/or hadronic origin to account for the observed gamma-ray emission. Most likely leptonic origin allows us to investigate the expected gamma-ray pulsar wind nebula properties of the system.
