Description

SuperNEMO is a tracker-calorimeter neutrinoless double beta decay experiment using $^{82}$Se to reach a sensitivity of T$_{1/2} > 10^{26}$~y, and the effective neutrino mass of $\langle m_{\beta\beta}\rangle<40-100$~meV. The construction of the first Demonstrator Module at the LSM is under completion, with the aim to reach 0 background in the ROI of the $0\nu\beta\beta$ decay. This target placed challenging demands on the radiopurity of detector components, and particularly the $^{222}$Rn activity within the tracker. A ``Radon Concentration Line'' was developed and operated in conjunction with a electrostatic detector to measure $^{222}$Rn content in gas to a few $\mu$Bq/m$^3$. Measurements of an instrumented tracker have confirmed that the target of $0.15$ mBq/m$^3$ of radon has been met. In addition, studies of radon emanation in the presence of tracking gas quenchers, have been carried out. The poster will present the design of radon emanation facilities and measurement results.
