Description
MicroBooNE offers a unique configuration for studying neutrino interactions on argon at energies of interest to neutrino oscillation experiments. We present the first measurement of the charge current neutral pion production for muon neutrinos scattering off argon. This analysis implements the first fully automated LArTPC electromagnetic shower reconstruction for selecting and reconstructing photons emerging from neutral pion decays. This total flux-integrated cross section is compared to a number of models to study their relative agreement with these data.
