Description
COMET is an experiment to search for neutrino-less μ− - e− conversion in a field of
aluminum nucleus, which is a charged Lepton Flavor Violation process. In COMET
Phase-I, a single event sensitivity (SES) is expected to be 3 × 10^−15 which is a factor
of 100 times better than the current world’s limit. This poster will explain the physics
motivation the principle of the COMET experiment.
