- The conference fee The conference fee (1100 EURO) includes meals, lectures, excursions, and boarding (arrival date: 10 Sep). 2. Early arrival: Please note, that your fee will increase by 53,00 EURO/night (including breakfast, not dinner!) when you arrive before Monday, 10 Sept. 3. Essentials There will be a water dispenser. It would be useful to bring your own bottle. For late walks we recommend to bring your own flashlight. 4. Cancellation PolicyCancellation until the end of July is 100% refundable. After the 1st August we can´t refund the conference fee.
