Sunday 11 March, 19:00
At European XFEL, scientists use intense energy sources to explore the form and behavior of matter so small and fleeting that it cannot be captured by other technologies. Buddhism and spirituality also try to make sense of the natural world around us in terms of energy, form and space. Where do these worlds meet or even overlap, and what can we learn from each other? We invite you to an evening of discussion with leading minds from the fields of X-ray science, Buddhism and the humanities to explore the synergies of modern science, spirituality and philosophy.
