This is the Annual Meeting 2020 of the Cluster of Excellence “Quantum Universe” funded by the German Research Foundation (DFG) as part of Germany's Excellence Strategy.
The QU Annual Meeting is the central event for personal and scientific exchange of all Cluster researchers and scientists and staff members interested in the Cluster activities.
If you need support with child care during the annual meeting, please contact our diversity officer Eileen Schwanold (firstname.lastname@example.org).
The meeting consists of plenary and parallel sessions of the different Quantum Universe projects and platforms. It also features a plenary session and a poster session where early career scientists can present themselves and their work. Open space sessions are meant to foster exchange between the different cluster projects. There will also be a member meeting for the Cluster members and key researchers and a meeting with the International Advisory Board.
It is currently planned that the Beate Naroska Guest Professorships will be awarded during the annual meeting (TBC).
Along with the meeting, the young group leader network organizes a Science Slam taking place in the Zeise Kinos in Ottensen. Free tickets can be booked from 3.3.2020 at www.zeise.de
