Info meeting for all PhD students on Bahrenfeld campus - important facts to know for the last stage of your PhD, including all questions with respect to authorship, publishing, open access costs or printing your thesis at DESY.

It addresses questions such as: Where do you submit your thesis? Do you have to be enrolled to submit your thesis? How many copies of your dissertation do you have to print? What can the DESY library do for you? What about open access? How to fix the date of the defense? Where should I submit my thesis?

Please note: As of early March, the university’s president has asked UHH staff to postpone or cancel all events and/or meetings with more than 50 participants as a precautionary measure in the light of the current corona epidemic. Unfortunately, the info meeting ‘Last steps of your PhD’, scheduled for 11 March, falls into this category. We’ll try to set up an alternative info meeting a.s.a.p, hopefully by the beginning of May 2020.
