Content:
The workshop will give input regarding the topic of Female Leadership in the context of science (status quo, barriers in the "system", barriers "within women" regarding female identity, competition, networking and micro politics), and take up self-believes and dealing with power.

It will also introduce leadership capabilities like managing conflicts, leadership styles, giving feedback, influencing techniques, individual action plan and use intervision on concrete cases brought in from participants.
 
Trainer:
Kerstin Knoefel holds a diploma in Computer Science, a diploma in Clinical Organizational Psychology and an MA in Adult Pedagogics. Kerstin is a very experienced senior executive. She brings more than 22 years of professional experience with a very broad business background and more than 18 years of international leadership and management experience with high performing teams into her work as executive coach. In her last job Kerstin was Vice President Corporate Performance at Deutsche Telekom.
