This and That
General organizational topics, like the new dCache license, the 12 month release policy and the migration to the File System Hierarchy. There is also a new way to run dCache no longer as root. Furthermore a new web administaration interface, will change the way how to configure your system, if you like.
gPlazma2
gPlazma2 is the new dCache authentication module giving a variety of new possibilities to configure the authentication within dCache. Including user/password, Kerberos etc. As gPlazma1 will no longer be supported rather soon, we will spend enough time on the background of gPlazma2 and the ways how to configure it. We are planing a  hands-on session on that topics.

Optimized file (re)distribution
One of the key issues of fast data access in storage system is the distribution of the data amongst file servers or pools. Recently a new module has been introduced in dCache to allow pluging-in various distribution mechanism. The concept will be described together with the pluggins already available.
In addition we will get an update on the features to the migration module which allows to redistribute files already stored on dCache pools.

Protocols
This block will focus on NFS4.1/pNFS and how to configure Kerberos and LDAP. We are planing a hands-on on that.
xrootd and enableing the xrootd redirector. Furthermore basic authentication with WebDav and an example of an imbedded WebDAV client in the browser. 
Black Magic
Postgres and File System tuning, tips and tricks to get the most out of your configuration.
