The 'Project Review Panels' (PRP) evaluate and rank user proposals for experiments at DESY's light sources.
The last deadline for proposal submisson for PETRA III was 4 March 2024. The respective PETRA III PRP in-person meetings will take place on 22/23/24 April 2024 (for exact dates see below) at DESY.
As member of one of our PRPs you are kindly requested to fill in the registration form for participation in the panel meeting and the related dinner on 22 April 2024.
Deadline for registration is 25 March 2024
We will book and directly cover the costs of the accommodation in the DESY Hostel, but we will not arrange your travel itenaries; please book your travel tickets yourself. Related travel costs will be reimbursed after the meeting.
Please register also in case you will not be able to attend the on-site meeting at DESY.
The on-site/hybrid meetings are scheduled as follows:
- P02.2 | P61 (LVP branch DESY): Meeting will start on Monday 22 April morning 9:00 (continuation on Tuesday morning possible if required)
- P04: Monday 22 April, 14:00 until Dinner and Tuesday 23 April 9:00-11:00
- P66: proposal review online Tuesday 23 April 14:00-16:00, joint hybrid introduction with P04 on Monday 22 Apil 14:00
- P05 | P06: Tuesday 23 April 10:00-18:00, participation in the dinner on Monday evening very welcome: beamline visit optional on Wendesday 24 April morning
- P10: Meeting will start Monday 22 April noon
- P64 | P65: Meeting will be on Tuesday 23 April, 9:00-15:00, participation in the dinner on Monday evening very welcome
- P07 (Hereon Hutches) | P61 (Hereon branch): Meeting will be Wednesday 24 April, 13:00
