The registration fee is 120€ for registrations until 30 April and 150€ afterwards. It includes all coffee breaks, the reception on Wednesday 22. May and the dinner on Thursday 23. May.
The payment will be handled by the finance department of the University of Bonn. You will receive an invoice with the payment instructions in a separate e-mail soon after your registration.
Please be patient, the invoices are being sent out since end of April.
The meeting is thankfully supported by the Helmholtz alliance in the same way as regular alliance workshops: participants from alliance institutes can request the usual support for travel expenses.
