The poster size is 0,90 m x 1,20 m (width x height, portrait format).
Please note:
Due to the high number of already submitted posters and limited space of the poster session, we cannot - regrettably - accept all posters registered after the deadline (15 December 2014). We will process them on a first come/first served basis, and inform you in case that your poster cannot be accepted.

You are kindly requested to register your poster for the poster session before 15 December 2014 (Deadline).
TIME
Friday, 30 Janurary, 14.00 - 17.00h. (Vendor exhibition 13.00 - 18.00h))
The poster session will be accompanied by a vendor exhibition and has three venues: it takes place in the CFEL building (Bldg. 99, close to the PETRA III Hall), in the new FLASH2 experimental hall (Bldg. 28K) and in the FLASH1 seminar room (Bldg. 28c, upper floor; only vendor exhibition ) .
