Workshop outline:
"That's me!" A three day workshop for creative career development and pursuing an individual professional path

17-19 September 2015

Course content:
Every person is unique, presenting an original combination of talents, skills, values, needs and interests. People who have recognized their unique potential have a valuable guiding tool for setting fulfilling goals and are able to actively proceed on a successful career. The goal of this three-day workshop is to survey this unique potential, to refine, which of all possibilities are of real importance to oneself, to understand the fabrics and tools of a selfguided career, and to move first steps on this path. Participants will systematically investigate their favourite skills and interests, supportive working conditions, and their fundamental values. They will also reflect on salaries, the job market/job opportunities, and on tools and strategies to research and proceed on a career.

Additionally to gaining profound personal insights that can be applied immediately in current career decisions, the participants also learn a method. With this method they are able to readjust their path on their own, whenever necessary, while proceeding on
their life long career.

The approach is systematic and creative at the same time. Trainer input, small group work, plenary sessions, solitary work and open space for questions will alternate in this workshop for a lively, yet concentrated and personal working atmosphere. We combine elements from the field of systemic coaching with tools from the international career counsellor Richard Nelson Bolles.

The workshop language is English.
