The Lake Baikal Three Messenger Conference will take place from 29th of August until 3rd of September 2016 in Listvyanka at Lake Baikal in the Hotel Krestovayapad. The conference is free of charge.
Listvyanka is a very popular place for tourists and most hotels are usually reserved by travel companies in advance. That’s why for participants of the Conference some suitable hotels are already booked by API ISU. The reserved hotels and available rooms are in the table below (breakfast is included). The participants should fill the form to reserve the room and send this form to the hotel Krestovaya pad e-mail: krestovayapad@mail.ru. The preferred method of payment is the payment directly to the hotel at the day of departure. The deadline for reservation is 30.07.2016.
A shuttle from Irkutsk airport to the Hotel Krestovayapad will be organized in the morning of August 29th. Participants interested in taking this shuttle shall communicate their arrival time and flight number to appec@desy.de.
Optionally, on September 2/3 there will be a bus excursion to Tunka Valley with the opportunity to visit the TAIGA experiment. Overnight accomodation is provided in huts near the TAIGA experiment as well as in a hotel nearby. The excursion wil end on Saturday afternoon in Irkutsk. Further information on this excursion will be provided as soon as available.
