Due to the conference package arrangement, all participants are supposed to stay at the Hotel Hollweger. Lunch and dinner will be served at the conference hotel, which has been also a part of our negotiations.

In total, 1 night inlcuding the conference package (breakfast, lunch, dinner and the coffee breaks) costs

• 144 Euro in a single room
• 134 Euro in double use - rate per person

For some rooms a third bed can be offered. In this case, the night of the third person including the conference package costs 114 Euro. A limited amount of rooms can be offered in Landhaus (80 meters away from the main building). Here the night per person including the conference package costs 124 Euro.

It is expected that the participants stay in the hotel during the whole conference period. In exceptions, the particpant can book the hotel room for another time period (during the conference). In this case, the conference package for one day starts with dinner and ends the next day with lunch. The arrival and departure to an earlier or later time is possible and has to be coordinated with the hotel indiviually.

For a companion the prices of the hotel remain the same. However, the conference fee is only 170 Euro. For the payment of this special fee contact radcor2017@risc.jku.at.
