Description
The value of the W boson mass plays a crucial role in the precision tests of the Standard Model. We review the MW measurements at hadron colliders, obtained from the analysis of the distributions of final state leptons in Drell-Yan processes. We give special emphasis to the recent theoretical progresses in the simulation of these observables. We discuss the estimate of the theoretical contributions to the systematic error.
