The PHGS/JHS Retreat “From Science To Headlines” is co-organized jointly by the PIER Helmholtz Graduate School and the Joachim Herz Stiftung. It will take place between February, 16 - 18th, 2017 at the Maritim Club Hotel, Timmendorfer Strand (Baltic Sea). The main objective of the Retreat is to gain experience in oral and written presentation of scientific topics to an interdisciplinary audience, in a both proficient and refreshing way. The program will comprise several interdisciplinary training sessions led by professional coaches, as well as keynote talks given by invited speakers.
