Discussion will focus on the plans and prospects for realizing the THEIA detector - a large water-based liquid scintillator experiment. Discussion will include both physics prospects and technological challenges, as well as international perspectives and funding prospects.

Its is now possible to attend via remote connection! In that case the conference fee is not required. There will be desktop sharing and sound transmission. Please consider this option if you can't find the time to visit in person.
