The Organizing Committee will be pleased to send a formal letter of invitation to RREPS-17 delegates requesting an invitation letter for visa purposes. It is understood that such an invitation is intended to help potential delegates to raise funds or to obtain a visa. This does not imply a commitment from the conference organisers to provide any financial support.
To avoid unpredictable delays connected with the summer holiday season, delegates are recommended to send their request latest by July 15, 2017.
Visa supporting letters will be prepared by DESY via request to Ms. Christel Oevermann (christel.oevermann@desy.de).
