The Mount Elbrus Conference: from Deep Underground up to the Sky will take place from 11th until 15th of September 2017 in Pyatigorsk in Hotel Intourist and Hotel Mashuk. There is no registration fee.
Pyatigorsk is in the Caucasus Mountains close to popular skiing, hiking and climbing resorts.
To get to Pyatigorsk it is suggested to fly from Moscow to Mineralnye Vody Airport (MRV). The organizers of the conference are planning to arrange a bus/taxi transfer from Mineralnye Vody Airport to the conference venue.
The conference will start with a welcome event on September 11 (Monday) in the evening.
The conference program will last from September 12 (Tuesday) in the morning till September 15 (Friday) late afternoon.
It is planned to have a conference dinner on the evening of September 14 (Thursday).
Participants may travel back home on Saturday or stay over the weekend.
